Please be advised:

• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews—whether on our Website, social media, or third-party platforms—is illegal and may violate civil statutes under New York defamation law as well as U.S. federal law.

Life With Erica reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in the State of New York and/or other jurisdictions against individuals or entities who knowingly post false or harmful reviews.

Legal Definition (New York)

Under New York common law, defamation is defined as:

“A false statement, published without privilege or authorization to a third party, that causes harm to the subject’s reputation.”

Truth is an absolute defense to defamation. However, false statements presented as fact (not opinion) are actionable under New York law.

• Life With Erica reserves the right to pursue legal action in U.S. courts and/or relevant international jurisdictions to address false, misleading, or defamatory reviews that damage our reputation or mislead others.

By submitting a review, international users agree to these terms and acknowledge that disputes may be subject to New York State jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to a review posted about Life With Erica, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the matter informally through direct communication.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally:

• Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York State, USA.

• By submitting a review, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts for the resolution of any disputes.

• Life With Erica reserves the right to seek all available remedies under the law, including but not limited to injunctive relief, monetary damages, and recovery of legal fees and costs.

By submitting a review, you acknowledge and agree to this dispute resolution process and consent to the governing law of the State of New York.
